Net Zero Energy Building: Craig Onori Classroom Rental Policy

For your next small business meeting, team-building activity, or networking event in the Lehigh Valley, consider the Craig Onori Energy Education Classroom in the Net Zero  Energy Building. The 633-square-foot classroom space can fit up to 25 people and be configured in multiple ways.

Sustainable Energy Fund (SEF) built the first net-zero building in the Lehigh Valley region, one of only a few in Pennsylvania. SEF constructed the Net-Zero Building on a foundation of cost-effective energy efficiency principles that complement solar generation. The Net Zero Building offers enhanced comfort and indoor air quality through several of its components.

Room Layout:

30 Chairs & 14 Tables. The 633 square foot room can be set in U-shape, classroom, hollow square, and boardroom style. Maximum occupancy 42.

Meeting Room Rental Rates:

The room is available both during and off regular business hours. Call for full-day, half-day, and hourly pricing.

Parking: Parking is complimentary for guests.

Policies: Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Smoke-free.

Catering:  You will have access to the shared kitchenette in Net Zero Building. Outside catering can be used; however, SEF will not provide arrangements for catering services. The client is responsible for all ordering, set-up, and removal of catered items.
