Bridge Five Condominium Association used $53,000 in financing in order to convert their lighting fixtures over to ELEDs. This project is expected to save 12,758 kWh annually, as well as a cost savings of $8,634 and $5,745 in maintenance savings. These energy reductions are expected to reduce their carbon footprint by 8.8 metric tons annually.
