Net Zero Office Building Hard Hat Tour

See the construction progress, hear about Sustainable Energy Fund’s journey towards building a Net Zero building, and learn about the exciting renewable energy and energy efficiency measures implemented that will allow the office building to generate 130% of its estimated energy usage at the first hard hat tour of the building site. TN Ward’s Pat Martino and Sustainable Energy Fund’s John Costlow will be present to guide attendees through the construction site and explain what has been accomplished and what is to come in the building process. The tour will be held on site at 4250 Independence Drive in Schnecksville, PA. All attendees must wear hard hats, vests, and appropriate clothing and shoes while on site and must go through a brief training course prior to the tour. Hard hats and safety vests will be provided by Sustainable Energy Fund.
