2026 PA Downtown Revitalization Conference

Sustainable Energy Fund is proud to participate as a nonprofit exhibitor at the 2026 Pennsylvania Downtown Center (PDC) Revitalization Conference, Making Waves on Main Street: Big Bold Ideas That Push the Boundaries, taking place June 28–July 1, 2026, in Erie, PA.

Hosted by the Pennsylvania Downtown Center, this annual conference brings together community leaders, nonprofit organizations, developers, planners, and policymakers from across Pennsylvania to explore innovative strategies for downtown and neighborhood revitalization. The conference features keynote speakers, educational sessions, mobile tours, and networking opportunities focused on strengthening local economies and communities.

At the conference, Sustainable Energy Fund will be representing Pennsylvania’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program, a voluntary financing tool that helps commercial and other eligible property owners access low-cost, long-term financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, resiliency, and indoor air quality improvements. C-PACE financing is repaid through a special voluntary property assessment, making it a secure option for funding building upgrades where local programs have been adopted.

We look forward to connecting with partners in Erie and sharing how energy-focused financing tools like C-PACE can support sustainable downtown and Main Street revitalization efforts across the Commonwealth.
