Sustainable Energy Fund has announced a Keynote lunch panel for their Energypath 2019 conference on July 25 at DeSales University. This panel will feature three prominent experts on Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE).
Energypath 2019: Financing the Energy Future will be hosted at the Gerald White Conference Center at DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania on Thursday, July 25, 2019. Energypath is the region’s largest sustainable energy event attracting industry professionals, policymakers and academia throughout the region and across the United States.
The Keynote Lunch Panel will discuss the national success of C-PACE and how the program can have a similar impact in Pennsylvania. Joining the panel will be Co-Founder and CEO of Greenworks Lending, Jessica Bailey, the Executive Director of C-PACE Alliance, Cliff Kellogg, and President of Abacus Property Solutions, Abby Johnson. The session will be moderated by Sean Williamson, an Advisor for Partnerships and Technical Assistance of the US Department of Energy.
Prior to co-founding Greenworks Lending in 2015, Jessica Bailey led the design and management of the C-PACE program at the CT Green Bank. In addition to being the executive director of the C-PACE Alliance, Cliff Kellogg co-authored C-PACE Alliance’s white paper, The Elements of a Well-Designed C-PACE Statute and Program to Attract Private Investment and Foster Transaction Volumes. Abby Johnson, a LEED AP, has specialized in bringing PACE financing to markets across the US for the past five years. Sean Williamson coordinates the Commercial PACE Working Group and informs state and local governments about solutions for financing energy efficiency and renewable energy.
“We are excited to be highlighting the C-PACE Program at this year’s conference, especially given Sustainable Energy Fund’s heavy involvement in advocating for the program in Pennsylvania” said John Costlow, President and CEO of Sustainable Energy Fund. “We hope these expert panelists will shed light on the proven benefits of C-PACE and how it can assist in the growth of clean energy in Pennsylvania.”
