  District\, offering insight into current and future development across th
 e region.\nBy attending\, Regenerative Energy Initiative staff will gain a
  deeper understanding of local planning efforts\, infrastructure prioritie
 s\, and community needs—information that is critical to supporting thoug
 htful\, place-based approaches to sustainability and regeneration.\nThe ev
 ent will also provide an opportunity to connect with municipal leaders\, b
