Sustainable Energy Fund Announces Jocelyn Cramer, New Board Member

 

ALLENTOWN, PA., April 18, 2017 – Sustainable Energy Fund is proud to announce the addition of Jocelyn Cramer to the Board of Directors.

Jocelyn was born and raised in Dalton, Pennsylvania and attended The State University of New York in Binghamton, where she received a Bachelor of the Arts in Theatre. She went on to start her first theatre production company in Boston, directing or acting in every production while simultaneously leading all fundraising, marketing and publicity efforts for the fledgling company. Her previous experience includes starting the Ground Floor Theatre Lab as Executive Director, working as VP of Operations at a human resource company in midtown Manhattan, and administrative and project support for JP Morgan Chase. She now works as Executive Director for SEEDS (Sustainable Energy Education & Development Support).

Sustainable Energy Fund Announces Dr. Eric Woodroof, Ph.D.,
as Keynote Speaker for Energypath 2017

 

ALLENTOWN, PA., February 3, 2017 – Dr. Eric Woodroof, Ph.D., founder of Profitable Green Solutions, will be the keynote speaker at Energypath 2017 on July 27 at DeSales University.

Registration is now open for the Conference, which will be hosted at the Gerald White Conference Center at DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania on Thursday, July 27, 2017. Energypath is the region’s largest sustainable energy event attracting industry professionals, policymakers and academia throughout the region and across the United States.

Dr. Woodroof will share his experience and expertise on global energy, sustainability and utility trends and impact. This year’s conference theme “For Our Future: Carbon Reduction” encourages attendees to examine the impact of their daily lives on the environment by examining what we eat, what we buy, and the energy we consume.

Dr. Woodroof has trained thousands of professionals in energy management and has accumulated best practices from six continents. He serves on the editorial board for two major publications regarding energy. He has published several books and articles about energy management, financing and carbon reduction strategies. He has also served as President of the Association of Energy Engineers, which is active in over 90 countries. Woodroof is the youngest member of the Energy Managers Hall of Fame.

Sustainable Energy Fund Announces Nonprofit Energy Makeover Contest

 


ALLENTOWN, PA., February 1, 2017 – Sustainable Energy Fund (SEF) is proud to announce the launch of the 2017 Nonprofit Energy Makeover Contest. This program will award a major energy efficiency building retrofit to a winning nonprofit organization in Central or Northeastern Pennsylvania at no cost to the nonprofit.

The winning nonprofit organization, chosen for its inefficient building and for the good it does for the community, will produce dramatic energy savings. The money saved from high electric bills can instead be directed towards furthering the nonprofit’s mission. The main goal of the Makeover Contest is to promote energy efficiency and assist energy users in overcoming educational and financial barriers to a sustainable energy future.

ALLENTOWN, PA., January 31, 2017 – Registration is now open for Energypath 2017, which will be hosted at the Gerald White Conference Center at DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania on Thursday, July 27, 2017. Energypath is the region’s largest sustainable energy event attracting industry professionals, policymakers and academia throughout the region and across the United States.

DeSales University is a private Catholic university for men and women, located in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. DeSales has put in place a number of green initiatives to educate the campus community, conserve energy and natural resources, and to consider environmental impact in the master planning process.
